You may return your shoes within 14 days of purchase as long as the shoes are unworn and in their original box. We will refund the value of the purchase, minus the shipping. Unless your shoe arrived defective, we do not provide shipping back to us for returns or exchanges.
Sales items are not eligible for a full refund. However, unworn shoes in their original box can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase or returned for a store credit.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include your full name, your order number, and the date of your purchase. We will respond to your email within 1-2 business days and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please wait for this RMA# as we cannot accept your return without this RMA#. Once we receive your returned merchandise we will credit your credit card account. The time it takes for the funds to return to your account may vary based on your financial institution.
We are not responsible for lost or missing returned items. We strongly recommend you insure your returns accordingly, purchase the tracking option and keep a record of your shipping confirmation.
You are also able to do an exchange or return for an item purchased online at one of our retail stores. Please bring your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. All exchanges and returns done in store must also be done within 14 days from date of purchase.
Please note that this Return Policy is for our online store only. It differs from the Return Policy in our Florida and Georgia stores. Please check with your local store if you have questions about our in-store return policy.
